Because we hold the keys to your home, HAMS Property Services can offer you concierge services that extend to the interior as well as the exterior. We schedule and let in and out contractors and other service professionals on your say-so. We can also remain on-site to make sure that they finish the job to your specifications.
As your local point of contact, we spare you from having to work out details such as scheduling and access. You can register our number with local law enforcement. If you already have a security system and your alarm goes off, you can instruct us to be at your home to deal with whatever emergency has popped up.
