HAMS Property Services was founded by long-time Bluffton resident, Andrew Dorr. Andrew is also the owner of Coastal Heating & Air and his experience in the building and construction industry allows him to monitor and protect your property with a higher level of skill and experience. Different from many local property managers who perform absentee owner services as a hobby and have little to no management experience, Andrew brings years of real-world service to the table.

Do You Offer Key-Holder Services?
Yes, we can coordinate access to your property for vendors, contractors, service technicians or for the owners invited guests. Key holder service does not include home watch checks and are charged at an hourly rate.

Home Watch is not House Sitting. We do a home inspection, but we never use your property and we only provide services when you request our help.
